On Monday, November 6, NASA's Parker Solar Probe spacecraft arrived at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland - a short drive from the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland, where the spacecraft was designed and built. At Goddard, Parker Solar Probe will continue its environmental testing, and engineers and technicians will simulate the extreme cold and hot temperatures and other physical stresses that the spacecraft will be subjected to during its historic mission to the Sun.
